The TRIO Essential Magnetic Kit is a complete package for mounting the Starlink Mini dish on a steel roof—whether on a Sprinter, camper, box truck, SUV, or overland vehicle. The set includes the TRIO Mini Flatmount, a set of rubber-coated magnets, and a 12V DC power cable. Everything you need for a quick, screw-free installation on a magnetic roof surface.
TRIO Mini Flatmount
The Mini Flatmount is made of ASA UV-resistant plastic using industrial-grade injection molding and features a low profile of 53 mm with magnets. The dish snaps directly into the mount. The mount encloses and protects the edges of the Starlink Mini dish. For curved roofs, optional swivel leg adapters are available to ensure maximum surface contact.
Rubber-coated magnets
The included rubber-coated magnets secure the mount to steel roof surfaces without drilling and without the need for scratch-protection tape. The rubber coating protects the paint finish. Quick to install and remove. Please note: Magnets work only on steel roofs. Optional VHB magnetic steel plates are available for aluminum or fiberglass roofs.
12V DC power cable
The included 12V DC power cable connects the Starlink Mini directly to the vehicle's 12V or 24V system, without a converter. This is more efficient than using AC power and extends battery runtime. Plug-and-play connection.
