Description
The RAM-B-166-A-GOP1U is a compact suction cup kit for action cameras, consisting of a 3.3-inch Twist-Lock suction cup, a short B-size double ball arm, and the universal GoPro-style action camera adapter. The short arm offers a lower profile than the standard medium version—ideal for applications where the camera needs to be as close to the surface as possible, or where space is limited.
When should you choose the short arm?
The short arm fits better than the medium arm on a scooter or motorcycle handlebar, a small boat dashboard, a kayak rail, or a SUP board where a compact setup is desired. For applications in a car or RV where more adjustment range is needed, the medium version (RAM-B-166-GOP1U) is a better choice.
Twist-Lock suction cup: 3.3 inches in diameter
The suction cup adheres securely to glass and non-porous plastic surfaces via the Twist-Lock mechanism—press and twist to lock, twist back to release. Compatible with RAM adhesive disks for use on surfaces where a suction cup does not provide sufficient grip.
Action Camera Adapter for GoPro and Similar Brands
The adapter replaces the factory mount on the bottom of the action camera and is compatible with the standard GoPro 3-prong fin connection system. Compatible action cameras:
