Description
This set is a complete windshield mount for an action camera, consisting of three RAM Mounts components: a Twist-Lock suction cup (RAM-B-224-1U), a B-size medium-length double ball arm (RAM-B-201U), and a universal action camera adapter (RAM-B-202-GOP1) that fits GoPro and virtually all other action camera brands.
RAM-B-224-1U — Twist-Lock Suction Cup Base
The suction cup base has a diameter of 3.3″ (8.38 cm) and attaches to the windshield or another non-porous surface via a Twist-Lock mechanism. After placement, tighten the locking ring to secure the suction cup. The base is equipped with a 1″ B-size rubber ball and is made of high-strength composite and marine-grade aluminum.
RAM-B-201U — Double Ball Arm, B Size
The medium-length double ball arm has a total length of 9.5 cm (3.73″) and a socket-to-socket distance of 7.6 cm (3″). The arm has adjustment points at both ends for virtually unlimited viewing angle adjustability. Material: powder-coated marine-grade aluminum.
RAM-B-202-GOP1 — Action Camera Adapter
The adapter attaches directly to the bottom of the action camera and replaces the original factory mount. The adapter is compatible with the standard 3-prong action camera mounting system. Compatible brands include: GoPro Hero, Garmin Virb, SJCAM, AKASO, DJI Osmo Action, and virtually all other action cameras with a standard GoPro-style mounting point. The adapter is equipped with a B-size 1″ rubber ball for attachment to the ball arm.
RAM Mounts offers a lifetime warranty on this product. The rubber on the suction cup is considered a wear-and-tear part and is not covered by the warranty.
