Description
The Quad Lock 4×4 Offroad Suction Mount is a suction cup mount for the windshield or dashboard, specifically designed for use in 4WD vehicles and off-road conditions. The suction cup is based on technology originally developed for the aviation and marine industries, making it significantly stronger than standard suction cups.
Mounts on the windshield or dashboard
The mount attaches to the windshield or dashboard via a lever-operated suction cup mechanism. A single movement of the lever locks the suction cup in place; reversing that movement releases it. It can be repositioned an unlimited number of times without losing suction. The suction cup has been tested at temperatures ranging from -30°C to 80°C—it maintains its grip even in extreme heat inside a parked car or in freezing cold. An optional 3M adhesive dash pad is available for mounting on the dashboard.
Adjustable for any viewing angle
The gimbal head is fully adjustable and rotates 360°, allowing the phone to be mounted in either portrait or landscape orientation. The lock button secures the viewing angle once the correct position has been found. The phone remains vibration-free, even on unpaved roads.
Compatible with the entire Quad Lock system
The mount is compatible with all Quad Lock cases and Universal Adapters. The included standard mounting head can be replaced with a Quad Lock MAG Wireless Charging Head for wireless charging while driving. All Quad Lock car mounts are 360-compatible, making it easy to swap out the head.
